Club Dive Announcement Form

Use this form to announce your dive on our Club Calendar. This form does not immediately post an event on the calendar (that's not technically feasible) - it sends a request to the admin to do it for you. Be sure to leave a few days for the admin to see the form submittal and post your dive.

If you're posting a dive hoping to earn an air-card through the Dive Leader Air Card Program, remember the dive must be POSTED (not just submitted) 4 days in advance. FYI . . .
