The SeaHorse Dive Club is managed by an Executive Board composed of the four club elected officers: President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary, plus a group of volunteers who have stepped up to take on significant roles in club management and leadership.

Club Constitution and Bylaws
The Constitution was amended in 2023 by a unanimous vote of the membership, to reflect changes to our operational realities.
