Membership Eligibility

Full Club Members

All current Boeing employees, interns, retirees, their families, former employees, contractors and suppliers are eligible to join as full club members. Club members enjoy all membership benefits and are eligible to vote in club elections and hold Executive Board positions. Club membership is $30 per year, $10 for retirees. Memberships run for 1 year from the date you sign-up.

Associate Club Members (non-Boeing)

Non-Boeing individuals with strong ties to the club or the diving community may apply as Associate club members on a case-by-case basis, and must be pre-approved prior to registration. This is a full club membership. Please contact our Membership Coordinator about your particular situation. $30 per year.

Reduced Price Visual Inspections

The Club offers reduced price visual cylinder inspections (VCI), significantly below the cost offered by local dive shops. Our visual inspections are honored everywhere, and are required to fill your tank at the club compressor. Cost for a SeaHorse air cylinder VCI is $10. We also offer VCI for NITROX cylinders for $15.

Early Access to Club Trips

Members get early access to club sponsored excursions. Club trips are offered first to club members, then to non-members to fill available slots. Club trips often come with reduced group rates that pay for years of club membership all by themselves.

Participation in Club Events and Member Discounts

Participation in many club events is open to everybody; for example, for our meetings we welcome families, friends and the general public, but you must be a member to enter the Photo Contest, or dive for adult beverages at our Wine Dive or Beer Dive. We also may offer member discounts for club events or excursions.

Vote in Club Elections and Hold Elective Office

Full membership means you have a direct say in how the club is run, and can hold one of the elective Executive Board positions: President, Vice President, Secretary or Treasurer.

Club members who organize and lead a local dive are eligible for an air card good for air fills at a local dive center. Any member can lead a dive and qualify. All you need to do is plan your dive, post it on the club calendar and Facebook group at least four days in advance. At least 4 club members must participate (get in the water). After the dive, you have to write up the dive as a post for the website and post it to the club’s Facebook group.
