Grand Cayman 2025 – Nov. 15-22

The SeaHorse Dive Club is going back to Sunset House on Grand Cayman, November 15-22, 2025. We had such a great time last time in 2023 we’re going back. Grand Cayman is one of the premier dive destinations in the world, and Sunset House is famous for being a resort designed especially for divers.

This year’s package includes:

  • 7 nights accommodation at Sunset House. Fees, taxes and gratuity for the service staff are included.
  • Airport transfers.
  • Free breakfast.
  • 5 days of 2-tank boat dives, with an additional dive on the wreck of the Kittiwake.
  • Unlimited shore diving, including night diving. NITROX is included for Enriched Air certified divers.
  •  Free Buoyancy Workshop or Refresher (for certified divers that have been diving in the past 2 years)
  • Transfers for Seven Mile Beach Fun Day

The package does NOT include:

  • AIRFARE.
  • Any food & drink besides breakfast. Gratuities for bar and restaurant waitstaff.
  • Gratuities for dive staff.
  • Government taxes and fees.
  • AIRFARE. I know we listed it twice. It’s that important.
  • Everything else in the world that’s not explicitly included above.

We’re reserved 4 Courtyard rooms, and 8 Ocean View rooms. Room types are subject to availability. All the prices listed are per-person. A $200 per-person, non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation.

Critical Dates and Deadlines

Here are the important dates regarding payments and cancellations.

  • Deposit due date: On signup. Your reservation is not complete and your spot is not secure until your full deposit is paid.
  • Last day to cancel without penalty: August 22nd.
  • Final payment due: August 29th.

Important Travel Info

A SIGNED PADI DIVER MEDICAL FORM IS REQUIRED

You must have a signed PADI Diver Medical Form to dive at Sunset House. This is important! You cannot dive at Sunset House without providing a signed PADI Diver Medical Form, and if you’re 45 years of age or older, you have to have it signed by your physician. You can’t dive without it. No exceptions. And don’t expect to be able to get a doctor there to sign it, it is very, very difficult (bordering on impossible).

They also require you to sign a liability waiver, but that’s just an online form where you give up all your rights and agree to not to hold them liable if you die or are injured, even if it’s their fault. Standard stuff. This form you can sign on-site if you forget to do it ahead of time.

We Highly Recommend Travel Insurance

We do not require that you have travel insurance, but it’s generally a good idea. If you have a medical emergency, especially a dive accident involving chamber treatment and/or medical evacuation, it can get very expensive. Many of our members use DAN travel insurance. This is not an endorsement, just sayin’.
