Q: I want to share a room and pay the double occupancy rate, but I don’t know who my roommate is going to be. How do I sign up for that?

Sign up as single occupancy and put a note on the form saying that you’re planning on finding a roommate and sharing a room. When you find somebody, let the trip leader know, and he’ll adjust your reservation.

Q: How much should I tip?

At the end of our stay, each guest will be given an envelope to place cash tips in. The envelope will contain a form so that each guest can allocate their total tip allotment among the different employee categories such as dive masters, front desk, housekeeping, servers, etc. Tipping amounts are generally consistent with what you would pay for comparable service in the U.S. Divemasters and most other staff depend on tips for their livelihood at international resorts.
